Ryeland Gardens is a brand-new nursery opening this fall in Womelsdorf, PA. Rosewood Marketing was privileged to participate in the brand development of this company. The first step was to create a logo. Dennis Hurst, the entrepreneur, wanted a logo that expresses the sense of refinement and competence the company will endorse, while fitting into a horticultural theme. Matt (Senior Graphic Designer at Rosewood) enjoyed collaborating with Dennis and refining the logo concept into a winner!

Dennis is also interested in a website to help showcase his products. We were all happy to secure ryelandgardens.com for him. For now, we have created a welcoming landing page until Ryeland Gardens opens for business and we can produce content for further development.

Business cards were next on the list. Dennis wanted cards that would exude the quality you can expect from his nursery products. To facilitate this, we looked at a variety of paper and printing options before he chose to run a silk paper stock with spot UV gloss on the most important elements, including the logo. Running your finger over these cards leaves an impression of quality. Good choice, Dennis!

We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Dennis—his attention to detail, his creativity, and wealth of plant knowledge is rejuvenating. We wish Ryeland Gardens a successful opening season!
