Lydia calls Michigan’s Thumb home, although she’s often somewhere else entirely. With 40 states already checked off her travel list, she’s working toward seeing all 50.
At home, she’s usually outside or caring for a collection of houseplants that may have gotten slightly out of hand. Her hobbies include camping, hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, volleyball, dirt biking, and 4-wheeling. She enjoys a good adrenaline rush, especially when it’s accompanied by a good story.
As a project manager at Rosewood, Lydia loves the people-first culture and positive atmosphere. She also appreciates the systems and processes that equip team members with the tools, training, and support they need to thrive.
