As a founder and former president of The Site Group, a well-regarded landscape architectural firm in Ohio’s Miami Valley, Dave is well-equipped for his role as the developer of Rosewood’s coaching and consulting program. He is a German Baptist minister and has served as an Anabaptist Financial business advising administrator for 3 years. Both of these life experiences have given him deep knowledge of the unique challenges and strengths that Anabaptist businesses often face.
Dave’s thirty-one years in landscape design and sales have honed his creative instincts, a gift he brings to the Rosewood team. As a certified Working Genius coach, he appreciates how Rosewood places people in roles where they can flourish.
Dave and his wife, Michelle, live in Miami County, Ohio, near their three married children. Dave keeps sixteen hives’ worth of bees, which yield around 110 gallons of golden honey each year. He loves to read, especially history or non-fiction, and enjoys e-biking.
